Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to info@unistudentpacks.com before we have dispatched the Pack(s) to you or where Pack(s) have already been dispatched to you.

 

Return Policies

If you wish to Return your order you can notify us by email to info@unistudentpacks.com

No packs can be returned without first speaking to our customer support. 

Items in the Pack which are used, washed or made to order are non-refundable. 

If you wish to return the Pack(s) you have received from us for any reason, you may do so subject to the following:

  1. We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of invoice of any shortage or damage to goods.

  2. The product and the product packaging must be in original condition (excluding the delivery packaging).
  3.  The returning Pack(s) must be received by us within 14 days of original receipt by you. Please note that unless a product is defective, all returned goods are sent at your cost and risk. We recommend using a a delivery service that allows you to track the returning Pack(s).

  4. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the Pack(s) unless they are faulty

 

Returning a faulty product

If you wish to return items that are faulty, please first contact us by email info@unistudentpacks.com stating the order details and the fault.

We will then ask for a picture of the faulty to product for inspection.

We will contact you to arrange safe return of the item and at your request you will receive either a replacement or a full refund including any carriage charge paid.
